The fee for accompanying persons includes Welcome Reception, Heurigen Reception, Portraittheater and Conference Gala Dinner.
The Conference Fee can be paid by:
- Paying by Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JBC, Diners Club, American Express) via Austropa’s secure web form (during registration) is recommended.
- Paying by bank transfer: Please transfer the Total Amount Due in EURO as mentioned above (free of bank charges for the recipient) to:

Please remember to include the participant’s name and the reference “EPS-HEP”.
Registration: In case of cancellation before July 8, 2015 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
Hotel: Changes or cancellations of confirmed bookings must be sent in writing exclusively to Austropa Interconvention. If you cancel your hotel reservation before June 8, 2015 you will receive the refund of the deposit, less an administration fee of Euro 50,- per room after the end of the congress. No refund of the hotel deposit paid can be made on cancellations received after June 8, 2015 or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night. The number of nights booked in advance is the basis for billing.
